Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LMAC, LPCC
David Scott, MA, LMAC, LPCC has been providing clinical behavioral health services since 2008. He provides child, adolescent, adult, couples, and family therapy. David has provided therapy services in outpatient, residential, school, and community settings throughout his career focusing on substance use disorders, trauma, behavioral problems, family dynamics, and co-occurring disorders.
He is a trained practitioner of CBT, REBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and DBT. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his master’s degree from the University of North Dakota. ?
He is a die-hard college basketball fan and enjoys reading, music, movies, and spending time with his family. David is married to Stacy and together they have six children and live on a farm near Minto, ND.
Stacy is currently a stay at home mom working toward her Masters of Social Work. She previously worked as a public school educator. She does a lot of the behind the scenes and secretarial work to assist Scott Behavioral Health be the best it can be.
